Enjoy brand new flooring, furniture, mattresses, and appliances throughout the home, as well as two wrap-around balconies and a private walkout balcony for the master bedroom. The home features a fully stocked large kitchen and open living room with a walkout wraparound balcony - the perfect spot to relax and take in the summer breeze. With a washer and dryer on-site, and an additional outdoor refrigerator, all your needs are taken care of. After a day at the beach (just a 3-minute walk away), unwind in our fully updated hangout area with a fire pit, chairs, and a brand new sand volleyball court and playground. Stream your favorite shows and movies on our Roku Smart TVs throughout the home, and take advantage of two dedicated work-from-home desks. Underneath the house, you'll find our beach storage room stocked with beach toys, chairs, umbrellas, a beach wagon, boogie boards, bocce ball. (All items are free and subject to change if they are damaged or stolen) we cannot guarantee they will always be here *** For added convenience, guests have the option to rent linens and towels from Care Linens OIB during their stay.
