It’s situated in the Smoky mountains, expect there to be some common bugs (we treat weekly), and due to the river and moisture/ humidity in the summer you can sometimes expect a musty smell from the river behind. Walking down to the river , please be careful as it’s rocky and muddy if it has rained. (Wear flip flops)

Recently added new steps from the fire pit down to the River where you will find an oversized dock! This is the perfect location to hang out and fish with the little ones, enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning or just sun bathe and watch the other guests float down the river. Sleeping Arrangement: Floor 1: Bedroom 1: King Bed Bottom Floor: Bedroom 2: Queen Bed Bedroom 3: Bunk Beds + Twin Bed Living Room: Pull out sofa (twin) OUTDOOR LOUNGING: First floor is a large deck w/ Adirondack chairs, dining set w/ charcoal grill, forest and river views Bottom level of the deck includes the Hot Tub and stair access down to the River. Other Details to Note
This property sits off of Pittman Center Rd. The location is great and quite convenient to all area attractions. Walking down to the river , please be careful as it’s rocky and muddy if it has rained. (Wear flip flops) There are two ways to get downstairs. One from inside with the use of a spiral staircase, or alternatively you can use the outside stairs to the deck. Guests are welcome to use any of the Kayaks, Tubes or fishing gear. If you break it, kindly tell us so our next guests will not be disappointed upon arrival. Thank you in advance!
